一、前言热力系统有效的保温是提高能源利用率的重要途径之一。近10年来我国保温材料发展较快,如岩棉、矿棉、玻璃棉、微孔硅酸钙、硅酸铝纤维等,其材料性能已基本达到或接近国际水平。保温材料的外护层材料及其相应施工技术的优劣,是影响保温材料发挥正常性能的主要因素。国内目前热力系统所采用的外护材料绝大部分不符合国家要求,而铝—玻璃钢外护层复台材料(以下简称AFC外护材料)既符合国家计委及标准局提出的有关要求,又可代替铝及镀锌铁皮节约大量金属材料。AFC外护材料是由高分子薄膜,铝箔与玻璃钢等复
I. INTRODUCTION The effective insulation of thermal systems is one of the important ways to increase energy efficiency. In the past 10 years, China’s thermal insulation materials have developed rapidly, such as rock wool, mineral wool, glass wool, microporous calcium silicate, and aluminum silicate fibers, and their material properties have basically reached or approached the international level. The material of the outer cover material of the heat preservation material and the corresponding construction technology are the main factors affecting the normal performance of the heat insulation material. Most of the external protective materials used in domestic thermal systems do not meet the requirements of the state, while the aluminum-glass reinforced plastic outer layer composite materials (hereinafter referred to as AFC external protective materials) meet the relevant requirements of the State Planning Commission and the Bureau of Standards, and Can replace aluminum and galvanized sheet metal to save a lot of metal materials.
