为了适应社会主义市场经济体制,促进中医药科技管理体制改革,我局通过公开招聘,从7名竞争者中选拔出中国中医药科技开发交流中心主任。其主要做法是: 1.加强领导,精心组织。为了使这次竞争上岗工作顺利进行,局党组非常重视,多次召开工作会议,确定了招聘工作的指导思想、工作程序和招聘工作小组。招聘工作小组结合“中心”工作的实际情况,研究制订了“公开招聘通知”、“中心简介”、“应聘须知”和“应聘申请书”四个文件。
In order to adapt to the socialist market economic system and promote the reform of the management system for the science and technology of traditional Chinese medicine, the SIPO selected openly from among the seven competitors to select the director of the China Center for the Development and Exchange of Chinese Medicine Technology.
