目的:探索血脑屏障改变在中枢神经系统炎性脱髓鞘病中的作用。方法:采用免疫组化等方法对髓鞘碱性蛋白诱发的实验性过敏性脑脊髓炎病程中的血脑屏障改变进行了研究。结果:在临床症状出现前3d,血脑屏障的通透性已出现明显改变。结论:血脑屏障的通透性的改变,在中枢神经系统炎性脱髓鞘病的发病中起重要作用
Objective: To explore the role of blood-brain barrier changes in central nervous system inflammatory demyelinating diseases. Methods: The changes of blood-brain barrier during the course of experimental allergic encephalomyelitis induced by myelin basic protein were studied by immunohistochemistry. Results: The permeability of the blood-brain barrier had changed significantly 3 days before the onset of clinical symptoms. Conclusion: The changes of the permeability of the blood-brain barrier play an important role in the pathogenesis of inflammatory demyelinating diseases of the central nervous system
