采用大变形刚粘塑性有限元法模拟P/MRene'95合金盘件等温锻造过程,给出了载荷—位移曲线和不同变形时刻模具表面的应力分布,指出工艺中可采取的一些有效措施。
The large deformation rigid-viscoplastic finite element method was used to simulate the isothermal forging process of P / MRene’95 alloy plate. The load-displacement curves and the stress distribution on the die surface at different deformation moments were given. Some effective measures that could be taken in the process were pointed out.
