目的:观察清开灵对自然衰老小鼠学习记忆能力及脑组织炎性因子、β-淀粉样蛋白水平的影响。方法:雄性自然衰老KM小鼠50只随机分成5组:空白对照组、清开灵20 g/kg组,清开灵40 g/kg,清开灵80 g/kg组和阳性对照药尼莫地平0.3 g/kg组。灌胃给予等体积药物或注射用水,每日给药1次,连续给药30d,观察小鼠学习记忆能力及脑组织炎症因子、β-淀粉样蛋白的含量。结果:清开灵能显著改善自然衰老小鼠学习记忆能力;明显降低脑组织IL-1、IL-6和TNF-α的含量及β-淀粉样蛋白水平。结论:清开灵可通过降低脑组织炎症因子的水平、减少脑组织β-淀粉样蛋白的生成,改善自然衰老小鼠的学习记忆能力。
Objective: To observe the effects of Qingkailing on learning and memory abilities and inflammatory cytokines and β-amyloid in brain tissue of naturally aged mice. Methods: Fifty male KM mice were randomly divided into five groups: control group, Qingkailing 20 g / kg group, Qingkailing 40 g / kg, Qingkailing 80 g / kg group and positive control drug nimotone Level 0.3 g / kg group.
