从宏观力学出发 ,通过理论解析和反复试验 ,提出了圆柱体平板镦粗和平砧拔长新理论 ,在此基础上 ,提出一系列新锻造工艺 ,如锥形板镦粗、L Z锻造法、新 FM锻造法等。从热力学着眼 ,对控制锻造及对晶粒度控制进行了研究 ,提出了有价值的低压转子钢工艺。部分研究成果已在生产中应用 ,获得显著的经济及社会效益 ,发表的部分论文被国内外文摘引用 ,受到国内外学术界高度评价。专家验收意见认为 :该项课题研究“属先进制造技术基础性研究的学科前沿领域”,研究成果“促进了学科的发展”。
Based on the macroscopic mechanics, a new theory of cylinder plate upsetting and flat anvil drawing is put forward through theoretical analysis and trial and error. Based on this, a series of new forging processes are proposed, such as upsetting of tapered plate, LZ forging, FM forging method. From the thermodynamic point of view, the control of forging and grain size control were studied, and valuable low-pressure rotor steel technology was proposed. Some of the research results have been applied in production to obtain significant economic and social benefits. Some of the published papers have been cited by domestic and foreign abstracts and are highly praised by academics both at home and abroad. Acceptance of experts believe that: the research topic “is a cutting-edge areas of advanced manufacturing technology based on the subject,” the research results “to promote the development of disciplines.”
