一、通晓学生心理,做到启导得法就课堂教学而言,教师必须通过有效途径,打开学生心灵的窗户,沟通学生的心理,把握学生的心理实施教学。教学心理学认为,人的学习活动有两大心理因素参与,一是智力因素,一是非智力因素。智力因素,是关于认识过程本身所要求的,如感觉、知觉、记忆、想象与思维等,这些都是认识过程所必须的心理因素。非智力因素,是关于学习积极性方面的因素,如注意、情感与意志等,这些都是调节学习积
