采用 x 射线衍射技术研究了三种硫化矿物浮选的结构方面的某些问题。浮选实验中采用了θ—θ溶液衍射仪。结果表明,浮选活性与矿物的特定晶体解理面有关。也就是,这个解理面朝向气相。对方铅矿而言,浮选活性只与(1,0,0)解理面有关;对闪锌矿,为(1,1,0)解理面,而对黄铁矿,则以(1,0,0)面为主,其它解理面有一定影响。在所研究的矿物中,都发观活性表面亦即自然形成的解理面。了解浮选过程中实际矿物表面的取向,对建立捕收剂分子与矿物表面分子间的相互作用模型及进一步研究表面化学有重要意义。
Some problems in the structure of three sulphide mineral flotation were studied by x-ray diffraction. Flotation experiments using a θ-θ solution diffractometer. The results show that the flotation activity is related to the specific crystal cleavage plane of the mineral. That is, this cleavage surface faces the gas phase. For galena, the flotation activity is only related to the (1, 0, 0) cleavage plane, (1, 1, 0) cleavage plane to sphalerite, and to , 0,0) surface-based, other cleavage surface has a certain impact. In the studied minerals, the active surface of the active substance is the naturally occurring cleavage surface. Understanding the orientation of the actual mineral surface during the flotation process is of great importance to establishing a model of the interaction between the collector molecule and the mineral surface molecule and further studying the surface chemistry.
