Er∶YAG激光对牙釉质与IPS e.max Press铸瓷间抗剪切强度的影响

目的:比较Er:YAG激光和磷酸分别处理后的牙釉质与IPS e.max Press铸瓷间的粘接效果。方法:36颗人类上颌前磨牙随机分为3组,第1组:37%磷酸处理;第2组:Er:YAG激光(120mJ/10HZ)处理;第3组:Er:YAG激光刻蚀后磷酸酸蚀。应用扫描电子显微镜显示分析各组处理后的牙釉质形态变化,并使用万能力学测试机记录抗剪切强度值。结果:37%磷酸处理组抗剪切强度值最高(25.92±0.97 MPa),与Er:YAG激光单独处理组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),激光与磷酸联合组呈现最低值(17.53±0.79 MPa),与其他组相比差异皆有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Er:YAG激光单独处理的牙釉质与IPS e.max Press铸瓷间粘接效果同磷酸酸蚀方法相似,在粘结铸瓷前代替传统酸蚀处理牙釉质方面是有潜力的。 OBJECTIVE: To compare the bonding between enamel treated with Er: YAG laser and phosphoric acid and IPS e.max Press. Methods: Thirty-six human maxillary premolars were randomly divided into three groups: group 1: 37% phosphoric acid; Group 2: Er: YAG laser at 120mJ / 10Hz; group 3: Etched. The morphological changes of enamel in each group were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy. The shear strength values ​​were recorded by universal mechanical testing machine. Results: The shear strength of 37% phosphoric acid treatment group was the highest (25.92 ± 0.97 MPa), which was not significantly different from that of Er: YAG laser treatment group (P> 0.05) 0.79 MPa) compared with other groups, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The bonding effect of Er: YAG laser alone treated enamel to IPS e.max Press cast ceramic is similar to that of the phosphate acid etch, which has the potential to replace traditional acid etching of enamel prior to cementation.
