应用反相色谱法研究高聚物,是色谱发展的一个新分支。该法一般是将待测高聚物涂布在载体上作固定相,选用适宜化合物当探针,通过测定探针分子的保留值来表征被研究高聚物的结构及物性特征。
The use of reversed-phase chromatography to study polymers is a new branch of chromatographic development. This method generally applies the polymer to be tested on the carrier as the stationary phase. The appropriate compound is selected as the probe, and the retention of the probe molecule is used to characterize the structure and physical properties of the polymer under study.
