针对虾蟹养殖中用药的实际困难,通过试验筛选,找到一种适合水产养殖应用的包埋材料。试验药物经过包埋后制成模拟药饵,入水后的药物溶失明显减少,1~4小时平均溶失率比常规方法的溶失率减少了61.5%。为解决患病水产动物食欲下降及药物不良味道引起的摄食率降低对药物治疗效果的影响,我们选用有效的诱食剂配合使用来提高摄食率。本研究结果对于水产养殖病害防治中降低药物用量、提高药物疗效具有实用价值。
In view of the practical difficulties of drug use in shrimp and crab farming, we find a suitable embedding material suitable for aquaculture by screening through experiments. After the drug was embeded into the simulated drug bait, the dissolution of the drug in the water was significantly reduced. The average dissolution rate of 1 to 4 hours was 61.5% less than that of the conventional method. In order to solve the problem of the decrease of appetite caused by diseased aquatic animals and the decrease of the ingestion rate caused by the bad taste of medicines, the effective attractant should be selected to improve the feeding rate. The results of this study have practical value for reducing the dosage of drugs and improving the efficacy of drugs in the prevention and treatment of aquaculture diseases.
