作者在有晶体的近视眼眼内植入前房型玻璃透镜以矫正近视。随访18～36个月,认为手术是成功的。共植入23只眼。眼内透镜视部玻璃屈光指数为1.62,袢为聚酰亚胺,固定穹隆为6°,弦径为12.5～13.5mm不等,角膜横径则比透镜弦径少1mm,有12只限植入透镜屈光度为-8.0D,6只眼为-10.0D和5只眼为-13.0D。患者年龄最小18岁,最大72岁。
The author implants anterior chamber glass lenses in the intraocular lens with myopia to correct myopia. Follow-up 18 ~ 36 months, that surgery is successful. A total of 23 eyes were implanted.
