近年来,边境旅游在我国蓬勃发展,双边乃至多边人员、物流往来频繁。边境旅游的服务质量问题显得尤为重要。其中,“中国-东盟旅游人才培训基地”通过大量的实地调研,在国家旅游局、云南省旅游发展委员会的大力支持下,开展针对云南省周边国家的多项培训,对于提升旅游从业人员服务质量、双边文化交流取得了良好的效果。
In recent years, border tourism has thrived in our country, bilateral and even multilateral personnel have experienced frequent logistics exchanges. The quality of service of border tourism is particularly important. Among them, “China-ASEAN Tourism Talents Training Base” carried out a number of trainings aimed at the neighboring countries in Yunnan Province through a large number of field research and with the strong support from the National Tourism Administration and Yunnan Provincial Tourism Commission, Quality of service and bilateral cultural exchanges have achieved good results.
