本文介绍采用微机智能判断功能和程序控制原理构成虚拟测量仪器的实例。在测量系统中,我们从光电输入机、键盘或磁带机上送入相应测量软件,就可进行TTL中、小规模集成电路的测试(功能和直流参数)。改变一个品种,只需换入一个新的软件,无需进行硬设备的改动。它可为计算机辅助测试产品,研究开发高精度的自动化测量仪器提供一些启发。
This article describes the use of computer intelligent judging function and program control principle constitute a virtual measuring instrument examples. In the measurement system, we can test TTL medium and small scale integrated circuits (functions and DC parameters) by feeding into the corresponding measurement software from the optical input machine, keyboard or tape drive.
