信息技术等高新技术的应用已成为当今政治工作与时俱进和创新发展的时代标志。我军政治工作系统应如何应对信息时代新军事变革的挑战是当今我军政治工作面临的重大课题。该文以熵理论为基础,分析了政治工作组织结构对组织内部信息流的影响,从信息流的时效性和准确性两方面构建了组织结构的有序度评价模型;通过引入信息时效度和准确度概念,通过数学计算,对比分析数据结果,科学得出扁平化结构的有序度优于树状结构有序度的结论。
The application of high technology such as information technology has become the symbol of the times that the political work is advancing with the times and developing with innovation. How our military’s political work system should meet the challenge of the new military revolution in the information age is a major issue that our military’s political work faces today. Based on the theory of entropy, this paper analyzes the influence of the organizational structure of political work on the internal information flow, constructs the evaluation model of the degree of organizational structure from the timeliness and accuracy of the information flow. By introducing the information validity and The concept of accuracy, through mathematical calculations, comparative analysis of data results, scientifically drawn conclusion that the degree of order of the flat structure is superior to that of the tree structure.
