针对某米级光学望远镜设计了四门对开花瓣式主镜保护盖。简要介绍了国内外已建成大口径望远镜主镜保护盖的主要结构形式,利用铰链四杆机构的演化偏置曲柄滑块机构为基体进行优化设计,得出一种不需曲柄存在的四杆机构,建立运动学模型,对其受力状态进行分析,计算了电机所需的驱动力矩、滑块的移动位移及镜盖开关时间。实际工程应用表明,该保护盖对主镜能够有效防尘及保护,单次打开或关闭时间约为62.5 s,在长春地区无故障使用时间大于一年,免维护开关次数大于500次。满足系统设计要求,为后续研究者提供了设计参考。
For a meter-class optical telescope designed four pairs of petal-type main mirror protective cover. The main structural forms of the protective cover of the main mirror of large-caliber telescope have been briefly introduced at home and abroad. By using the evolutionary bias crank-slider mechanism of hinge four-bar mechanism as the base, the four-bar mechanism without crank , The kinematics model is established and its force state is analyzed. The driving torque required for the motor, the displacement of the slider and the opening and closing time of the lens cover are calculated. The practical engineering application shows that this protective cover can effectively prevent dust and protect the primary mirror. The single open or close time is about 62.5 s, the trouble-free use time in Changchun is more than one year, and the number of maintenance-free switches is more than 500 times. Satisfy the system design requirements for the follow-up researchers to provide a design reference.
