笔者调查一些开展了厂务、政务、班务公开活动的单位,发现要注意克服以下几种不良倾向: 一是要防止不愿公开、不想公开。担心职工不在其位、不谋其政,全面掌握情况不够,了解政策不多,提出不够正确的意见建议反而难办而不愿公开。再如,怕公开后有些事情难落实,影响领导的权威、威信而不想公开。 二是要防止避开热点不公开、变成冰点再公开。即只公开年度工作计划、月工
The author investigated some units that carried out plant, government affairs and public service class activities and found that they should pay attention to overcoming the following unhealthy tendencies: First, to prevent unwillingness to make public and not to make public.
