采用放射免疫测定法(RIA)分析了牙周病患者牙龈组织中前列腺素E_2(PGE_2)含量,并对同一患牙的牙龈组织进行免疫组化染色和显微分光光度计定量测定。结果表明龈组织中PGE_2含量(单位pg/mg湿重)龈炎为43.78±19.28,成人牙周炎为125.22±42.28,青少年的牙周炎为217.23±83.25,与健康人(18.33±11.74)相比均有显著性差异。用显微分光光度计对染色标本定量各组PGE_2吸光度均有非常显著性差异,与病变的严重程度正相关,其结果与RIA测定值一致。提示对牙龈组织中PGE_2测定能更好地反映牙周病的严重性,此两方法各有其优点,二者结合能更好地研究PGE_2与牙周病的关系。
Radioimmunoassay (RIA) was used to analyze the contents of prostaglandin E_2 (PGE_2) in gingival tissues of patients with periodontal disease. The gingival tissues of the same teeth were examined by immunohistochemistry and spectrophotometer. The results showed that the content of gingival psoriasis (pg / mg wet weight) gingivitis was 43.78 ± 19.28, adult periodontitis was 125.22 ± 42.28, adolescent periodontitis was 217.23 ± 83.25, and healthy people (18.33 ± 11.74) phase Than the average significant difference. There was a significant difference in the quantification of PGE_2 absorbance between each group and the severity of the lesion. The results were consistent with those of RIA. These results suggest that the determination of PGE_2 in gingival tissue can better reflect the severity of periodontal disease. Both of these methods have their own advantages. The combination of the two can better study the relationship between PGE_2 and periodontal disease.
