建立了用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定中草药中重金属元素(砷、铅、镉、铬、汞、镍)的方法。中草药样品用硝酸和过氧化氢经微波消解后,消化液直接用ICP-MS同时测定6种重金属元素。以钪、钇、铟和铋作为内标物质,补偿了基体效应;选择适当的待测元素同位素克服了质谱干扰;6种重金属元素的检出限在0.001~0.006μg.L-1之间,回收率在90%~107%之间,相对标准偏差小于3.2%。
A method for the determination of heavy metal elements (arsenic, lead, cadmium, chromium, mercury, nickel) in Chinese herbal medicine by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was established. After the Chinese herbal medicines were digested with nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide by microwaves, the digestive fluids were used for the simultaneous determination of six heavy metal elements by ICP-MS. The germanium, germanium, indium and gallium were used as the internal standard substances to compensate for the matrix effect; the appropriate isotope of the test element was selected to overcome mass spectrometry interference; the detection limit of the six heavy metal elements was between 0.001 and 0.006 μg.L-1. The recovery rate was between 90% and 107%, and the relative standard deviation was less than 3.2%.
