跨国公司通过多种形式的国际一体化战略进行国际扩张。要素禀赋、工资水平、市场需求、关税水平以及运输成本等因素对于跨国公司一体化战略选择的影响已经得到了很好的研究。但是劳动异质性对于跨国公司一体化战略的影响却很少被关注。本文认为劳动力是异质的,异质劳动具有专用性,建立了劳动力专用性特征对于跨国公司国际最优一体化战略影响的两国和三国模型。
Multinational corporations expand internationally through various forms of international integration strategies. The influence of factors such as factor endowment, wage level, market demand, tariff level and transportation cost on the strategic choice of transnational corporations has been well studied. However, the impact of labor heterogeneity on MNCs’ integration strategies is rarely noticed. This paper argues that the labor force is heterogeneous and the heterogeneous work is of a special nature. The two countries and three countries model of the labor-specific characteristics of multinational corporations’ international optimal integration strategy are established.
