本文对30例癌症患者放疗前、首次放疗和继续放疗后血清中的脂质过氧化物(LPO)、β-胡萝卜素(β-Car)、维生素E(V_E)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)进行了测定。结果表明,癌症患者放疗后血中LPO含量明显高于放疗前(P<0.01),β-Car和V_E含量减少(P<0.01),SOD活性下降(P<0.01),GSH-Px活性增高(P<0.05)。继续接受放疗后,LPO含量随放射剂量增加而增多(P<0.01),V_E含量明显减少(P<0.05),β-Car含量减少,但差异不显著,SOD随放射剂量增加而递减(P<0.01),GSH-Px活性由增高转为降低(P<0.01),表明随辐射剂量增加,抗氧化剂含量下降,脂质过氧化作用增强,这为抗氧化剂作为临床抗辐射药物提供了依据。
In this paper, the serum levels of lipid peroxides (LPO), beta-carotene, vitamin E (V_E) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in 30 cancer patients before and after radiotherapy and continuous radiotherapy ) And glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) were measured. Anti-radiation drugs provide the basis.
