据国家粮食局消息,《大豆油》、《花生油》和《葵花籽油》3项国家标准经过研究、验证,已完成了标准征求意见稿。近日,全国粮油标准化技术委员会秘书处就这3项标准向社会公开征求意见。新国标的共同点是放宽了酸值容许范围,成品油质量等级从四级改为三级。据编制说明解释,这是为了符合我国“十二五”期间植物油产业节能减排和油料资源的充分利用要求。
According to the State Food Administration, the three national standards of “soybean oil”, “peanut oil” and “sunflower oil” have been studied and verified and the standard draft has been completed. Recently, the National Grain and Oil Standardization Technical Committee Secretariat on these three criteria for public comment. Common new national standard is to relax the allowable range of acid value, refined oil quality level from four to three. According to the explanation of the preparation, this is in line with China’s “12th Five-Year” period of vegetable oil industry energy-saving emission reduction and full utilization of oil resources.
