学校精神文化是学校文化的最高层次,是学校的办学核心,是学校的灵魂所在。要办好一所学校,必须具有独特的学校精神文化,引领师生的理想目标、精神信念、价值观念。本文首先解释了行知人本教育思想和学校精神文化的概念范畴,然后阐述了行知人本教育思想在学校精神文化中三个作用,最后从办学思想、特色课程、意义活动等三个方面论述了运用行知人本教育思想打造学校精神文化的策略。
School culture is the highest level of school culture, is the school’s core school, is the soul of the school. To run a school, we must have a unique school spirit and culture, leading teachers and students of the desired goals, spiritual beliefs, values.
