近年来,石油工程企业正面临着日益严峻的竞争压力和生存压力,一方面要为勘探开发、增储上产服好务;另一方面因成本费用日益上涨,盈利空间日益压缩。文章针对企业存在的困难和矛盾,探讨在成本管理中的新思路、新途径。以全面预算管理为抓手,不断推进预算管理的精细化、信息化,加强预算在成本管理方面的突出作用,为公司持续稳定发展奠定了坚实的基础。
In recent years, petroleum engineering enterprises are facing increasingly severe competitive pressure and survival pressure.
