本文应用免疫组化法研究了大肠癌和大肠腺癌组织中c-fos、TGF-α表达的意义。32例大肠癌c-fos、TGF-α阳性病例率为50%和59.4%,40例腺瘤则分别为27.5%和55%;高分化腺癌c-fos阳性病例率明显低于低分化腺癌、粘液腺癌和未分化癌;ATP(0~+)级腺瘤c-fos、TGF-α阳性病例率明显低于ATP(~)级腺瘤;淋巴结转移大肠癌c-fos、TGF-α阳性病例率高于淋巴结未转移的大肠癌,但无统计学意义。提示c-fos、TGF-α可能与大肠癌发生发展、生物学行为及预后有密切关系。
The significance of c-fos and TGF-α expression in colorectal cancer and colorectal adenocarcinoma was studied using immunohistochemistry. The positive rate of c-fos and TGF-α was 50% and 59.4% in 32 cases of colorectal cancer, 27.5% and 55% in 40 cases, and the rate of c-fos positive cases in poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma was obviously low. In poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, mucinous adenocarcinoma, and undifferentiated carcinoma, the positive rates of c-fos and TGF-α in ATP (0~+) grade adenomas were significantly lower than those in ATP (~) grade adenomas; lymph node metastasis in colorectal cancer c- The positive rate of fos and TGF-α was higher than that of metastasized colorectal cancer, but it was not statistically significant. It is suggested that c-fos and TGF-α may be closely related to the occurrence, development, biological behavior and prognosis of colorectal cancer.
