目的:了解团体式决断能力训练是否能够提高大学生在人际交往中的决断能力。方法:招募16名自我报告存在人际交往问题的大学生,根据他们的时间,分配在实验组和等待组,每组8人。团体训练持续5周,每周2小时。实验采用事前、事后控制组设计。前、后测均包括魏源2005年修订的人际交往能力问卷测量和角色扮演录像分析。结果:通过训练,参与者在主动交往(F=0.807,P>0.05)、拒绝(F=0.814,P>0.05)、自我表露(F=0.834,P>0.05)、冲突管理(F=0.00,P>0.05)、情感支持(F=0.873,P>0.05)各方面的认知因素均无显著变化;但是在行为表现上,参与者的决断性行为显著增加(F=14.85,P<0.01),被动行为显著减少(F=8.917,P<0.05),攻击行为没有显著变化(F=0.019,P>0.05)。结论:团体式决断能力训练对提高大学生人际交往决断能力具有一定的积极作用。
Objective: To understand whether the ability of group decision ability training can improve college students’ ability to make decisions in interpersonal communication. Methods: Twenty-six college students who reported self-reported interpersonal problems were assigned to an experimental group and a waiting group, based on their time, of 8 in each group. Group training lasted 5 weeks, 2 hours a week. The experiment adopts anterior and posterior control group design. Before and after the test includes Wei Yuan 2005 revised interpersonal skills questionnaire survey and role-playing video analysis. Results: Through training, participants showed no significant difference in active communication (F = 0.807, P> 0.05), rejection (F = 0.814, P> 0.05) (F = 0.873, P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in cognitive factors in all aspects of emotional support (F = 0.873, P> 0.05) , Passive behavior was significantly reduced (F = 8.917, P <0.05), no significant changes in aggressive behavior (F = 0.019, P> 0.05). Conclusion: The ability of group decision ability training has a positive effect on improving college students’ interpersonal decision ability.
