T-92型鏜缸机的鏜孔定位机构,是由一副带平面螺紋的卡盘和小四爪所組成。鏜孔定位机构的位置,在镗杆靠近鏜刀的上方(见图1)。用拨杆撥动卡盘正轉或反轉,就可以使4个小四爪沿徑向同时撑开或收縮。四爪撑开以后,小四爪的外圆和待加工孔的表面相接触,鏜杆就能自动移到待加工孔的中心位置上,不須另行对刀找正,节省了修鏜前的輔助时間;同时,也使孔的加工余量四周一致。定位愈准确,四周的加工余量就愈均匀,鏜削的余量也就可以愈小,发动机汽缸的可修鏜次数也就愈多。
