In recent years, “queue theory” (random service system theory) has become a new branch of mathematics, and it has been increasingly used in transportation, production management and people’s daily life. Time is victory and it is property. On the fire, one house will be burned in a minute and it will burn millions of dollars. Water is ammunition that eliminates fire. Whether the water supply of the fire is timely and adequately provided is an extremely important factor that relates to the success or failure of the fire.
