社会在飞速发展,而人的学习、工作、生活节奏也在逐渐加快,为了适应社会,我们必须要有健康的身体素质。人的柔韧性是人体素质的一个重要组成部分,柔韧性的好坏,对我们平时参加各种体育活动有着重要作用。在“健康第一”的思想指导下,更应注意加强青少年的身体素质,而发展身体柔韧性的练习是提高身体素质的一种重要方面。用文献资料、观察等方法,结合多年的练习体会,对柔韧性练习的方法进行了探究。
