为了研究一年生牧草的遗传多样性,试验以17份叶用稗种质资源为材料,采用Excel和SPSS/PC软件对其数量性状相关性进行分析研究。结果表明:变异系数的分布范围很广,在7.39%~25.71%之间。小穗一级分枝数与穗长、穗宽呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),穗重与穗宽、小穗一级分枝数呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),穗重和穗宽与穗长呈显著正相关(P<0.05);但穗宽与叶长呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),穗重与植株高度呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)。说明在新品种选育时可以利用外部性状的相关性同时获得几个性状都优良的新品种。
In order to study the genetic diversity of annual grasses, the quantitative trait correlation of 17 traits of barnyardgrass germplasm resources was studied using Excel and SPSS / PC software. The results showed that the distribution of the coefficient of variation was very wide ranging from 7.39% to 25.71%. There was a significant positive correlation between spikelet length and spike width (P <0.01). Spike weight was significantly and positively correlated with spike width and spikelet number (P <0.01) (P <0.05). However, there was a significant negative correlation between panicle width and leaf length (P <0.01) and panicle weight and plant height (P <0.01). This shows that the new breed can utilize the correlation of external traits and obtain new breeds with good traits at the same time.
