目的了解东中西部县级卫生监督机构人员数量和结构现状及差异,分析存在的问题,为县级卫生监督机构人才队伍建设提供依据。方法通过普查,获取全国县级卫生监督机构及其人员基本资料,分东中西部进行描述和分析。结果 (1)全国平均每县级卫生监督机构25.64人;(2)年龄集中在30~39岁和40~49岁,分别占36.10%和33.93%;(3)专科人数最多,占调查总人数的40.75%;(4)无学位人数最多,占调查总人数的69.56%;(5)医学类其他专业人数最多,占调查总人数的36.65%。结论县级卫生监督人员年龄梯度不合理、学历和学位水平低、专业机构不合理,中西部地区尤其严重。
Objective To understand the status quo and differences of the number and structure of health supervisory agencies in the eastern, central and western regions and to analyze the existing problems so as to provide basis for the construction of qualified personnel in county health supervisory agencies. Methods Through the census, the basic information of the county-level health supervision agencies and their personnel was obtained and described and analyzed by the eastern, central and western parts of the country. Results (1) There were 25.64 people in each county in China. (2) The age groups were 30-39 years old and 40-49 years old, accounting for 36.10% and 33.93% respectively. (3) Accounting for 40.75% of the surveyed population; (4) accounting for 69.56% of the total number of the surveyed persons; (5) accounting for 36.65% of the total number of medical professionals. Conclusion County-level health supervisors have an unreasonable age gradient, low academic and academic degrees, unreasonable professional bodies and especially serious in the central and western regions.
