氰凝浆液用于钻孔堵漏护壁,在国内不过五、六年的历史.由于它具有凝固时间短且可任意调节,能发泡膨胀,特别是具有二次渗透作用和不怕水等优点,开始推广以来,就受到人们的普遍重视.但实践证明,氰凝浆液固结体的机械强度差,脆性大,在钻孔中灌注后经不起孔内钻具的碰撞敲打和冲洗液的频繁冲刷,耐久性能差.另一方面,在灌浆时都是使用粘度较低的纯氰凝浆液,而孔内产生漏失的地层洞隙情况是有大小变化的,单一的浆液难以适应孔内多方面变化的需要.因而堵漏和护壁的实际效果不够理想.如何进一步提高氰凝固结体的强度,并在此基础上配制出一套适应孔内不同情况的新配方,这是氰凝今后能否继续推广使用的现实问题.
