研究了采用VAR熔炼方式生产钛镍合金铸锭的工艺,包括配料技术、布料工艺、熔炼参数等,优化出近似等原子比钛镍合金铸锭的生产工艺,生产出满足工业化要求的成分均匀的Φ220 mm较大规格钛镍锭。
