从本世纪30年代开始,国际上就开展了对促进作物生长发育的微生物的研究,近年来此项研究进展很快。我校植病生防室在增产菌的研究和应用方面已取得显著的成绩,先后在26个省市、5000多万亩土地、48种作物上进行试验,增产效果明显,增产菌处理的种子及植株,其叶面积、干物重、分蘖数(或分枝数)、叶绿素含量均增加,根系活力、光合能力、超氧化物歧化酶活性均增强,为了搞清增产菌促进作物生长发育的原因,我们对用增产菌处理的水稻幼苗体内激素含量的变化进行了研究。
Since the 1930s, research on microorganisms that promote the growth and development of crops has been carried out in the world. This research has progressed rapidly in recent years. Phytosanitary Prevention and Control Laboratory of our school has made remarkable achievements in the research and application of increasing bacteria. It has been tested on 26 kinds of provinces and cities, more than 50 million mu of land and 48 kinds of crops, and the yield increase effect is obvious. (Or branch number), chlorophyll content, root activity, photosynthetic capacity and superoxide dismutase activity were all increased. In order to find out the reasons for the increase of bacteria to promote crop growth and development , We studied the changes of hormone content in rice seedlings treated with increasing bacteria.
