In the recent writings of the Institute of Hydrology, Academy of Sciences, Academy of Sciences of the Soviet Socialist Republic of Ukraine, the systematic history of the water level has been published on the Rommenkamundene de Niep. These data indicate that the information on the highest level of the Nepali River that is currently in historical records such as chronicle and literature belongs to the period up to and including the 18th century. 1951 ~ 1952 Institute of Hydrology of the Academy of Sciences of the Socialist Republic of Croatia in the collection of historical water level data, found that the highest water level data of the Roots Cummingca 1818 ~ 1927 and 1828 ~
