增加动力机组的单机容量,延长这些机组的运行期限,是苏联动力机械制造业发展的特点。目前一些15万、20万和30万千瓦容量的动力机组的运行时间已经接近设计规定的10万小时工作期限。因此,延长超过设计工作期限设备主要零件的运行持续时间便具有特殊的紧迫性。蒸汽参数为540~565℃、140~240巴的动力机械紧固件,广泛采用经热处理强化过的20Х1М1Ф1ТР(ЗП182)和20Х1М1Ф1БР(ЗП44)珠光体级钢制造。近年来对这些钢的特性,包括原始状态和经长期运行后的特性,所进行的研究工作查明了一些规律性,使金属耐用性的计算方法更为准确。
Increasing the stand-alone capacity of the power unit and extending the operation period of these units are characteristics of the Soviet power machinery manufacturing industry. At present, some 150,000, 200,000 and 300,000 kilowatts capacity of the power unit running time is close to the design requirements of the 100,000 hours deadline. Therefore, it is of particular urgency to extend the operating life of the major components of the equipment beyond the design deadline. Steam parameters 540 ~ 565 ℃, 140 ~ 240 bar power mechanical fasteners, extensive use of heat strengthened 20Х1М1Ф1ТР (ЗП182) and 20Х1М1Ф1БР (ЗП44) pearlite grade steel. In recent years, the research work on the characteristics of these steels, including the original state and the characteristics after long-term operation, has identified some regularities and made the computation of metal durability more accurate.
