本文从提高工业锅炉热效率、净效率及两效率之间的关系等三方面,对工业锅炉房的节能途径作了较为系统的探讨。 文中首先从锅炉燃烧、水处理、运行维护和节能新技术,新设备的应用四个方面论述了提高工业锅炉热效率的途径。其次,就锅炉鼓风机和给水泵的设计选型、比例定律和特性曲线的应用对节能的意义进行了研究,探讨了在一定的锅炉热效率下提高工业锅炉净效率的途径。最后分析了工业锅炉热效率、净效率之间的关系,指出它们之间是相互联系,相互影响的,必须根据具体情况综合考虑。
In this paper, the ways of saving energy in industrial boiler room are discussed systematically from the aspects of improving the thermal efficiency, net efficiency and the relationship between the two efficiency of industrial boiler. Firstly, the ways to improve the thermal efficiency of industrial boilers are discussed from the four aspects of boiler combustion, water treatment, operation and maintenance, new energy-saving technologies and the application of new equipment. Secondly, the significance of energy saving on the design selection, proportion law and characteristic curve of boiler blower and feed pump was studied, and the ways to improve the net efficiency of industrial boiler under the certain boiler thermal efficiency were discussed. Finally, the relationship between the thermal efficiency and the net efficiency of industrial boilers is analyzed. It is pointed out that they are interrelated and influence each other and must be considered comprehensively according to the specific conditions.
