2010-2011年在大田试验下以富铁品系H9405和对照W1240为试验材料,设5个氮肥水平处理,研究不同铁含量水稻对铁吸收和分配的差异及其对氮素的响应。结果表明,富铁品系H9405成熟期整个植株以及穗部枝梗、颖壳、米糠和精米铁含量均极显著高于对照品系W1240。随施氮量增加,两品系成熟期植株各部位铁含量、穗中铁的分配均增加;精米中铁含量也呈增加
In 2010-2011, iron-rich lines H9405 and control W1240 were used as experimental materials and five nitrogen fertilization treatments were conducted to study the differences in iron absorption and distribution and their response to nitrogen in paddy rice with different iron content. The results showed that the iron content of the whole plant and the branches, ears, rice bran and milled rice in H9405 was significantly higher than that of the control W1240. With the increase of nitrogen application rate, the iron content and the distribution of iron in ear were increased in all parts of the two lines at maturity stage.
