作为一栋现代化标志性的建筑物,致力于创造一个高效节能、绿色环保、舒适、高性能价格比、温馨而安全的环境成为深圳平安项目的重要任务,本项目对建筑物机电安装产品的节能、美观、环保都提出了很高的要求,并出于对项目全寿命周期、价值回收率的考虑,新型技术的应用将规避传统工艺的缺点,并使高效、美观、绿色等特点表现显著,对于提高本工程的高品质以及后期运维都起着重大的重要。本次建议使用的新型技术应用主要包括:空调系统德国法兰、装配式抗震组合支架、静电喷塑防腐蚀风管。

The project saves energy for building electromechanical installation products Aesthetics, and environmental protection all put forward high requirements. Due to the consideration of the project’s life cycle and value recovery rate, the application of new technology will evade the shortcomings of the traditional technology and will make the performance such as high efficiency, beautiful appearance and green performance notable. It is of great importance to improve the high quality of the project and the subsequent operation and maintenance. The proposed use of new technologies include: air-conditioning system, the German flange, assembly-type seismic mount bracket, electrostatic spray anti-corrosion duct.
