目的:建立贵州产地稔挥发油的气相(GC)特征指纹图谱。方法:采用毛细管气相色谱法测定13个不同批次的地稔样品。色谱条件:Agilent HP-5毛细管柱(30 m×320μm,0.25μm);检测器:氢焰离子化检测器(FID);进样口温度:245℃;检测器温度:245℃;载气:高纯氮;流速:1 ml·min-1;程序升温:柱初始温度45℃,以5℃·min-1升至220℃,保持20 min;进样量:1μl;分流比:20∶1。结果:地稔药材挥发油的GC特征指纹图谱由13个特征峰构成,不同产地药材的GC特征指纹图谱相似度较好。结论:本方法简便、专属性强、重复性好,为地稔药材的质量控制提供了科学依据。
Objective: To establish a GC fingerprint of Volatile Oil from Guizhou origin. METHODS: Thirteen batches of tern samples were determined by capillary gas chromatography. Results: GC fingerprints of Volatile Oil from Radix Rehmanniae Preparata consisted of 13 characteristic peaks, and the fingerprints of GC fingerprints from different producing areas were similar. Conclusion: The method is simple, specific and reproducible, which provides a scientific basis for the quality control of Radix Rehmanniae.
