用CTP治疗11例重症肌无力患者,有效率54.5％,伍用激素者疗效更明显;治后患者血清B细胞数下降64.8％;PEG等其他免疫学指标呈波动性变化,治疗前后无显著差异。推测CTP 是一种双向免疫调节剂。
Eleven patients with myasthenia gravis were treated with CTP, the effective rate was 54.5%. The effect of treatment with hormone was more obvious. The number of serum B cells decreased by 64.8% after treatment. The other immunological indexes such as PEG showed a fluctuant change, with no significant difference before and after treatment . Speculated CTP is a two-way immunomodulator.
