铝制冷凝器是生产车间的主要设备,用于二硫化碳的回收,由于该设备运行一段时间就会发生泄漏,每两年就需更换。该设备是制约生产长周期安全稳定运行的瓶颈,通过充分的论证、调研,查阅资料,分析认为,主要原因是焊口的承力低。提出了用熔化极氩弧焊代替钨极氩弧焊工艺,焊接铝制冷凝器6台,经一年多的生产运行检验,效果优异。
Aluminum condensers are the main equipment in the production workshop for the recovery of carbon disulfide, which leaks every few years due to leakage of the equipment over time. The equipment is the bottleneck restricting the safe and stable operation of the production cycle. Through sufficient demonstration, investigation and access to information, the analysis shows that the main reason for this is the low bearing capacity of the weld. It is proposed to replace the TIG welding process with molten argon arc welding and to weld 6 sets of aluminum condensers. After more than one year of operation, the test results show excellent results.
