评价是我们衡量一个人表现如何的尺度,它不仅被普遍应用于我们的日常生活中,教师也时常将它应用在教育教学过程中,是一种衡量学生表现的标准。在新的教育环境下,现状对评价提出了更高的要求,评价不仅仅只以成绩作为唯一的参考物,新时代要求我们打破传统的评价标准,用科学的评价方式来促进教育教学,尽量避免评价给学生带来的消极影响。激励性评价作为评价形式中的一种,它在课堂上使用频率较高。本文针对激励性评价在中职语文教学中的运用展开了讨论,提出了一些观点,希望对读者有一定的参考价值。
Evaluation is our measure of how a person behaves. It is not only widely used in our daily life, teachers often apply it in the teaching of education, is a measure of student performance standards. In the new educational environment, the status quo puts forward higher requirements on evaluation. Evaluation not only regards achievement as the sole reference, but in the new era we are required to break the traditional evaluation criteria and use scientific evaluation methods to promote education and teaching as much as possible Avoid negative feedback from students. Incentive evaluation as one of the forms of evaluation, it is more frequently used in the classroom. This article discusses the application of incentive evaluation in secondary vocational language teaching, puts forward some views and hopes to have certain reference value to the readers.
