针对液体火箭发动机推力室喷管扩张段旋压成形过程中使用的模具进行了智能设计技术研究。通过调研旋压模具设计实例,提炼出旋压模具的设计规律,建立旋压模具设计技术的专家知识库。利用旋压模具设计知识库中的知识,采用MFC、UG二次开发技术和参数化技术,建立了旋压模具的参数化模型库,实现了旋压模具的智能设计。利用MFC开发了面向对象的简洁操作界面,实现了用户输入产品工艺数据,系统快速输出可用于加工的旋压模具模型的功能。通过实验证明,应用该系统设计的模型加工制造而成的模具旋压出的产品满足合格产品要求。
Aimed at the mold design used in the spinning process of liquid rocket engine thrust chamber nozzle, the intelligent design technology was studied. By investigating the design examples of spinning molds, the design rules of spinning molds are refined and an expert knowledge base of spinning mold design techniques is established. Based on the knowledge of spinning mold design knowledge base, the parametric model library of spinning mold was established by using MFC and UG secondary development technology and parameterization technology to realize the intelligent design of spinning mold. Using MFC to develop a simple object-oriented interface, the user can input the product process data, and the system can quickly output the function of the spinning mold model that can be used for processing. It is proved through experiments that the products spun out by the molds processed by the system design satisfy the requirements of qualified products.
