采用气相色谱法 ,使用同一色谱柱 ,用内标法对马·杀复配制剂进行定性、定量分析 ,方法的标准偏差分别为 0 .0 4、0 0 3;变异系数分别为 0 3%、1 1% ;线性相关系数均为0 9999;回收率分别为 99 0 %～ 10 0 2 %、99 2 %～ 10 0 2 %。
The gas chromatographic method and the same column were used for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the horse-killing complex by internal standard method. The standard deviations of the method were 0. 0 4,0 0 3 respectively. The coefficients of variation were 0 3% 1 1% respectively; the linear correlation coefficients were all 0 9999; the recoveries were 99 0% -102% and 99 2% -102%, respectively.
