目的探索国际旅行卫生保健中心实验室转型建设和发展思路。方法调研江苏检验检疫系统17家保健中心实验室和1家省级第三方医学实验室,对设备、人员、业务种类、业绩和效率情况进行比较。结果江苏检验检疫系统17家保健中心实验室在设施、设备和业务种类方面差异不明显,在人才结构、技术能力和绩效方面有一定差异。与第三方医学实验室相比,保健中心实验室的资源配置充足,但在技术能力和业绩方面存在差距。结论保健中心建设第三方医学实验室,将有利于节约资源,提高技术能力,符合当前检验检疫系统实验室改革的趋势。
Objective To explore the transformation and development of laboratories for international travel health centers. Methods A total of 17 health center laboratories and 1 provincial third-party medical laboratory in Jiangsu Inspection and Quarantine System were surveyed to compare equipment, personnel, business types, performance and efficiency. Results The laboratories of 17 health centers in Jiangsu Inspection and Quarantine System did not show any significant differences in the types of facilities, equipment and businesses. There were some differences in personnel structure, technical capability and performance. Compared with third-party medical laboratories, health-care center laboratories have sufficient resources allocated, but there is a gap in terms of technical capabilities and performance. Conclusion The construction of a third-party medical laboratory in a health center will be conducive to saving resources and improving technical capabilities, which is in line with the trend of laboratory reform in the current inspection and quarantine system.
