用0.5~1.0mol/LH2SO4溶液处理ZrO2含量为3%~50%(摩尔分数)的锆硅复合氧化物,制得SO42-/ZrO2-SiO2催化剂.考察了催化剂对乙酸/丁醇酯化反应的催化作用及其制备条件(如:Zr/Si比、沉淀剂、预焙烧温度、焙烧温度等)对催化剂性能的影响.实验结果表明,对于给定的反应,使用ZrO2含量约为10%的SO42-/ZrO2-SiO2催化剂时,乙酸的转化率高于98%;而在相同条件下使用SO42-/ZrO2催化剂时,乙酸转化率仅49.7%.制备条件(特别是沉淀剂)对催化剂的活性有较大的影响.
SO42- / ZrO2-SiO2 catalyst was prepared by treating zirconium-silicon composite oxide with ZrO2 content of 3% -50% (molar fraction) with 0.5-1.0mol / LH2SO4 solution. The effects of catalysts on the esterification of acetic acid / butanol and the preparation conditions (such as Zr / Si ratio, precipitant, prebaking temperature and calcination temperature) were investigated. The experimental results show that for a given reaction, the conversion of acetic acid is higher than 98% when the SO42- / ZrO2-SiO2 catalyst with a ZrO2 content of about 10% is used. However, when the SO42- / ZrO2 catalyst is used under the same conditions, the acetic acid Conversion rate is only 49.7%. Preparation conditions (especially precipitants) have a greater impact on the activity of the catalyst.
