在用有限元法计算大锻件淬火过程温度场的基础上,根据大锻件非等速冷却和温度分布不均匀的特点,采用HildenwallB ̄[1]提出的方法,编制了淬火组织分布的计算机程序,计算了直径不同的35CtMo长圆柱体淬火组织,并对35CrMo钢φ350mm的工件进行了淬火过程温度场及组织分布的测量。
Based on the finite element method to calculate the temperature field of quenching process of large forgings and according to the characteristics of non-uniform cooling and uneven temperature distribution of large forgings, a computer program of the distribution of quenched structures was prepared by the method proposed by Hildenwall et al. [1] The quenched microstructure of 35CtMo long cylinders with different diameters was calculated and the temperature field and microstructure distribution of 35CrMo steel φ350mm workpieces were measured.
