目的探讨淋巴瘤(lymphoma)患者病理组织中Ets-1和MMP-9蛋白的表达,并分析其相互关系与临床及预后的意义。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法,检测了60例淋巴瘤和15例良性增生性淋巴结炎中Ets-1、MMP-9的蛋白表达。结果①Ets-1、MMP-9在淋巴瘤中的表达高于良性增生性淋巴结炎(P<0.05);Ⅲ、Ⅳ期淋巴瘤患者的Ets-1、MMP-9蛋白阳性率高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者(P<0.05);淋巴结内组Ets-1表达阳性率高于淋巴结外病变组(P<0.001)。②淋巴瘤病理组织中Ets-1表达率与MMP-9表达率间存在相关性。结论Ets-1、MMP-9蛋白在淋巴瘤病理组织中表达上调,可能是预测淋巴瘤侵袭转移和预后的相关因素。
Objective To investigate the expression of Ets-1 and MMP-9 in the pathological tissues of patients with lymphoma and to analyze the relationship between them and the clinical and prognostic significance. Methods Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect the protein expressions of Ets-1 and MMP-9 in 60 cases of lymphoma and 15 cases of benign proliferative lymphadenitis. Results ① The expression of Ets-1 and MMP-9 in lymphoma was higher than that in benign proliferative lymphadenitis (P <0.05). The positive rates of Ets-1 and MMP-9 in stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ lymphoma were higher than those in Ⅰ and Ⅱ (P <0.05). The positive rate of Ets-1 expression in lymph node group was higher than that in extra-node disease group (P <0.001). There was a correlation between the expression of Ets-1 and the expression of MMP-9 in lymphoma pathological tissues. Conclusion The upregulation of Ets-1 and MMP-9 proteins in the pathological tissues of lymphoma may be the related factors for predicting the invasion, metastasis and prognosis of lymphoma.
