谢阳举认为,广义的当代新道家的建构有三种理路:以“道”为建构体系的根本框架,这是学术观上的理路;“自然”是所有可能态势中不可打破的最佳态势,老子哲学不但是态势哲学,而且是关于最佳态势的哲学,态势哲学阐释与演绎的理路因而是建构当代新道家的理路;道家的“玄德”是深层道德,因此深层道德或曰超越性道德的阐释和发展理路,也应该成为建构当代新道家的理路。
